1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using FlipPro AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

FlipPro AI provides AI-powered analysis of publicly available property listing information. The Service is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice.

3. Use of the service

You agree to use the Service lawfully and only for its intended purpose. You must not misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it in any way that could harm FlipPro AI or third parties.

4. No professional advice

All content and analysis provided by FlipPro AI is for general information only. You should conduct your own research and seek independent professional advice before making any property or investment decision.

5. Third-party content

FlipPro AI analyses data from third-party listing sources. We are not affiliated with and do not endorse any real estate platform. Accuracy of underlying listing data is the responsibility of those sources.

6. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

FlipPro AI offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD), inclusive of GST where applicable. Apple App Store and Google Play may display localised prices to users in other regions.

• Basic (Monthly) — AUD $9.99/month. Includes 5 Full AI Analyses per month, 10 suburb searches per month, and the ability to save up to 10 properties. No annual plan offered. No free trial.
• Pro (Monthly) — AUD $39/month. Includes 15 Full AI Analyses per month, 50 suburb searches per month, plus Finder, URL Analyser, Deal Radar, multi-strategy Feasibility, Compare, Saved Runs, Photo Analysis, JV Suitability, and 1 active project.
• Pro (Annual) — AUD $369/year (a 20% discount versus monthly). Same features as Pro Monthly, with 180 analysis credits granted upfront for the year.
• Elite (Monthly) — AUD $69/month. Includes 40 Full AI Analyses per month, unlimited suburb searches, everything in Pro, unlimited projects, the Budget Tracker forward-quote workflow, the Black Book contractor directory, project sharing with a partner, and priority support.
• Elite (Annual) — AUD $659/year (a 20% discount versus monthly). Same features as Elite Monthly, with 480 analysis credits granted upfront for the year.

FlipPro AI also offers one-time credit packs that do not auto-renew. Credits purchased via packs never expire and persist regardless of subscription status:

• Starter Boost — 5 credits for AUD $19
• Professional — 15 credits for AUD $39
• Strategic Growth — 40 credits for AUD $79

Free Trial (Pro only): Pro subscriptions include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers, delivered automatically via Apple's Introductory Offer (and the Google Play equivalent on Android). The trial is available to new subscribers only, on first subscription within the FlipPro AI subscription group, and applies to both Pro Monthly and Pro Annual. No charge if you cancel during the trial. At the end of the 7-day trial, the regular subscription price will be charged unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused portion of the free trial will be forfeited if you purchase a non-trial subscription. Basic and Elite subscriptions do not include a free trial.

Suburb Search Caps: Free users (no subscription) receive 3 total suburb searches as a one-time bucket which does not reset. Basic users receive 10 suburb searches per calendar month. Pro users receive 50 suburb searches per calendar month. Elite users receive unlimited suburb searches.

Subscription Credit Lifecycle: Analysis credits granted by a monthly subscription roll over from month to month while the subscription remains active, up to a maximum of three times the monthly allowance (Basic up to 15 stored credits, Pro up to 45, Elite up to 120). Annual subscriptions grant the full year's credits upfront with no rollover cap. Subscription credits expire when the subscription cycle ends and are not retained after cancellation. Credit-pack purchases are separate, never expire, and are unaffected by subscription status.

Payment and Renewal: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account (or Google Play account on Android) at the confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings on the App Store or Google Play after purchase.

Cancellation and Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription management settings (Apple ID for iOS, Google Play account for Android). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Refund requests for App Store or Google Play purchases are handled by Apple or Google directly and are subject to their respective policies. Credit packs are one-time, non-refundable purchases.

7. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
